Nothing on the water fails suddenly. Cables stretch over seasons before they part. Voids open behind a seawall for years before the lawn drops. Bunks rot from underneath while the carpet on top still looks new. Almost every emergency we get called to was visible months earlier — to somebody who was looking.

Preventive maintenance starts with somebody looking carefully at the structures holding your boat out of the water. Mariner can review the lift system, electrical equipment, dock and seawall and propose a maintenance scope based on what is actually at the property.

Questions

How membership works.

What can a maintenance plan cover?

Coverage can be tailored around the structures at your property, including a boat lift, dock, seawall and marine electrical system. Ask for the current scope, visit schedule and reporting details in writing before enrolling.

How does billing work?

Ask Mariner for the current price, payment schedule, renewal terms and cancellation policy. Those terms should appear in your written proposal before you enroll.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the structures being covered — a lift, a dock, a seawall or all three. Call or text (941) 751-3625 and we will price it for your property.

Do I need to be home for a visit?

That depends on access to the property and the scope of the visit. Mariner will confirm access requirements when a plan is proposed.

Does a plan include storm-priority scheduling?

Storm response depends on crew availability, conditions and the current plan terms. Ask whether priority scheduling is included and how the queue is managed before enrolling.

Availability, visit frequency, discounts, storm scheduling, renewal terms and cancellation terms can change. Request the current scope and terms in writing before enrolling.
