What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and project details you enter, along with the page you submitted from, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. If you call or text us, we keep the phone number and a record of what was discussed so we can follow up.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule work and keep records of jobs we have done. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to deliver your project — for example a permitting authority or a manufacturer processing a warranty claim.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages we will use your number to discuss your project and, where relevant, storm scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Analytics and cookies
We use standard web analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people reach the site. This records pages viewed and general location, not personal identity. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any functionality of this site.
When you submit a form, the request may also include technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, referring page and campaign parameters. We use it to deliver the request, understand its source, prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery problems.
Retention and access
