Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the conditions observed at the site visit; if conditions found during the work differ materially — for example voids behind a seawall that were not visible — we will tell you and price the change before proceeding.

Licensing

Mariner Dock & Seawall, LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured Specialty Marine Contractor, license SCC131152652, and holds electrical contractor license EC13015118.

Warranty

Components we install carry their manufacturer's warranty. Mariner adds a one-year labor warranty on work we perform. Warranty terms are set out in the documents provided at completion and are not modified by anything on this website.

Intellectual property

Photographs of our projects, our written content and the Mariner name and mark are the property of Mariner Dock & Seawall, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
