Most waterfront properties do not have a dock problem or a seawall problem. They have a waterfront that was built in pieces, by different people, at different times, and the pieces do not agree with each other. The dock is tied into a wall that is failing. The lift is bolted to pilings that were never sized for it. The lighting was run by whoever was cheapest, and now the hardware is corroding from the inside.
Mariner is a Specialty Marine Contractor with an electrical license, which means one company can look at all of it and be accountable for all of it. When the wall, the dock, the lift and the wiring are designed together, they last longer and cost less to own — and when something does need attention, there is one number to call.

Hurricane Preparedness
The work that decides how your waterfront comes through a storm happens in June, not the week the cone shows up.

Everything electrical on your dock, done by a licensed electrical contractor who also builds docks — because over water those are not two separate skills.

Before you call.
Do you subcontract the water work?
No. The crew that drives your pilings and builds your structure is Mariner's. Our electrical is done under our own license, EC13015118, rather than handed to an outside contractor.
Do you handle the permits?
Mariner can coordinate the permit path as part of the project. The responsible agencies and timing depend on the parcel and scope, and the written proposal should define what is included.
What warranty comes with the work?
Every component we install carries its manufacturer's warranty, and Mariner adds a one-year labor warranty on top of it.
