Designed to your water, not to a template

Two properties on the same canal can need completely different docks. Water depth at low tide decides how far out the structure has to reach. Prevailing wind and boat traffic decide how it should be oriented and how heavy the pilings need to be. A north-facing dock on open bay frontage takes weather a canal dock never sees.

We start with a site visit: depths, tide range, existing structures and how you plan to use it. The written proposal defines the design basis, scope and priced options for the property.

What a custom dock installation includes

Every dock we install is a complete job, finished in one mobilization rather than strung out across three.

  • Site assessment: water depth, tide range, bottom conditions and access
  • Engineered drawings and the full permit packet, prepared and filed by us
  • Driven pilings sized for your exposure, not the minimum that passes
  • Framing and decking in premium marine-grade materials — WEARDECK, AZEK or pressure-treated
  • Electrical, lighting and outlets under our own license (EC13015118)
  • Accessories: ladders, cleats, bumpers, water, storage and seating
  • Site cleanup, walkthrough and your warranty paperwork

Timeline

Permit and construction timing depends on the parcel, reviewing agencies, size, piling count, access and material plan. The project proposal should identify the expected sequence and any known dependencies.

Questions

How long does permitting take?

Permit timing depends on the parcel, scope and reviewing agencies. Construction scheduling is confirmed separately after the required approvals and material plan are known.

Can you match an existing dock or neighboring structure?

Usually, yes. Matching decking, railing profile and piling spacing to an adjacent structure is straightforward if the materials are still available. Where they are not, we will show you the closest current equivalent before ordering anything.
