A large combined project — seawall and dock replaced in one program of work, quoted in detail up front and finished on schedule.
The situation
Two structures at the end of their life at the same time. Doing them separately would have meant two permit processes, two mobilizations and two seasons of disruption.
What we did
Planned as one coordinated wall-and-dock project so the owner could compare the combined scope with separate options.
How it ended
Finished within the schedule given at estimate, with the quote holding from start to finish.
Their quote was very detailed and the pricing was reasonable. The quality of their work was exceptional. 90 feet of seawall and a 70-foot dock was a large project for us but they worked diligently to finish the job in a timely manner.
