Boat lift · Anna Maria Island
An elevator lift on a site the plans got wrong
A lift installation during a new-house build where the engineering plans turned out not to match the site — pilings repositioned and the lift reinstalled to get it right.

The situation
The engineering drawings were not accurate enough for the actual conditions. The pilings, and then the lift itself, had ended up in the wrong position.
What we did
Repositioned the pilings and relocated and reinstalled the lift rather than leaving the owner with a structure in the wrong place — during an active house build, with the disruption that implies.
How it ended
Lift correctly sited and installed. The customer's advice to others: keep communication open and check expectations as you go.
The engineering plans were not accurate enough and plans and pilings had to be completely repositioned… Be sure to keep communications open and checking expectations and end results and you will be well served with Mariner.
